1. Service-Based Business

Bizz Core USA provides professional services including:

• LLC & Corporation Formation
• EIN Registration Assistance
• Registered Agent Services
• Annual Compliance Services
• Tax Preparation & Filing
• Bookkeeping Services
• Business Address Services
• Business Consultation

Because our services involve professional time, preparation, filing work, and third-party payments, refund eligibility depends on the stage of service completion.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered when:

• The service has not been started.
• No documents have been prepared.
• No government filing has been submitted.
• No third-party fees have been paid.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services become non-refundable once processing begins:

• Business formation services after documents are prepared or submitted.
• Government filing fees, state fees, registered agent fees, and expedited processing fees.
• Tax preparation services after documents have been reviewed, returns prepared, or filings submitted.
• Compliance services after preparation or submission has started.

4. Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before service processing begins. Approved refunds may exclude:

• Processing charges
• Completed work
• Third-party fees

Once documents are submitted to government agencies, cancellation cannot reverse the completed service.

5. Government Delays & Approvals

Bizz Core USA assists clients with preparation and submission of documents. However, government agencies control final approvals and processing times.

Refunds are not issued due to:

• Government processing delays
• State office delays
• Regulatory changes
• Incorrect information provided by clients

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required to complete their services. Delays caused by missing or incorrect information do not qualify for refunds.

7. Recurring Services

Recurring services such as Registered Agent Services, Business Address Services, Bookkeeping Plans, and Compliance Monitoring may be cancelled before the next billing cycle.

Payments already processed for an active service period are generally non-refundable.

8. Chargebacks

Before filing a payment dispute or chargeback, clients are encouraged to contact Bizz Core USA directly so we can review and resolve the concern.

9. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please provide:

• Your full name
• Business name (if applicable)
• Order details
• Reason for refund request
